How We’ve Been Evolving in 2022
It’s hard to believe 2022 is on its way out and we’re headed into a fresh new year! At Evolve Companies, we’re firm believers in constant growth and evolution so that we can help you evolve the way you live. We’ve had some awesome projects underway this year, with 40+ communities in various stages of development, construction, and lease-up, and we’ve got even more magic up our sleeves for 2023!
Another cherry on top of 2022 was Evolve being recognized by the National Multifamily Housing Council as a Top 25 Largest Builder in the US.

Hawthorne Palmetto
Simpsonville, SC
Hawthorne Palmetto’s one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes are stunning, bright, and modern. Nestled in Simpsonville, SC, the community is in an ideal location within walking distance of great shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
This luxury community is home to a custom saltwater swimming pool with a sun shelf, inset seating, and a poolside cabana with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. Residents can enjoy an expansive 24-hour fitness center with a meditation studio, a soft-surface playground, a leash-free bark park, and an indoor pet spa, so there’s a little something for everyone! The community also offers valet trash and recycling as well as bike and kayak storage.
Hawthorne Palmetto apartment homes feature premium interiors, with open-concept floorplans, granite countertops throughout, and designer tile backsplashes in the kitchens. Select apartments also offer kitchen islands, vaulted ceilings, rain shower heads, and walk-in showers with glass doors.
Hard hat tours of Hawthorne Palmetto are coming soon, and pre-leasing is currently available with move-ins as soon as April 2023!
Evolve at Huntersville
Charlotte, NC
Conveniently located on the Charlotte-Huntersville border, Evolve at Huntersville residents will experience the best of both worlds—a suburban environment just 12 miles from the heart of downtown Charlotte. With delicious dining, great retail, and a 14-screen movie theater just a couple of miles away, fun (and convenient) evenings out with friends are right at your fingertips!
Evolve at Huntersville will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom garden-style apartment homes featuring a modern, clean, and sophisticated design. Luxury interiors include granite countertops and ceramic tile backsplashes, undermount sinks, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and beautiful balconies.
The community will also offer a resort-style saltwater swimming pool, a pool house with a fireplace and grilling pavilion, a fitness center with a yoga room, a dog park, and a playground.
