Mega Builders, LLC — the forerunner of Evolve Construction — is established paving the way for the evolution.
Within it’s first year in business, Mega Builders built its first community in Greensboro, NC.
Parker Umstead joins the team as a site superintendent. Later, Umstead will become Senior Project Manager overseeing all construction projects.
Frank Forde who began his career as a commercial real estate paralegal in NYC joins the team as Director of Development.
Tammy Buckland is hired as Chief Financial Officer with over a decade in construction financial management under her belt upon joining the team.
Mega Builders expands and adds a second office in Wilmington, NC.
In October 2013, Mega Builders, LLC rebrands as Evolve Companies to include Evolve Management Group and Evolve Construction, LLC.
Director of Development, Matt Rogers, joins Evolve Companies taking on the responsibilities of market/site analysis, design, entitlements, financing, construction and marketing.
Evolve Companies is recognized by the National Multifamily Housing Council as a Top 25 Largest Builder in the US.
